Yesterday was a big day! My cousin Wes got married! It was the biggest miscommunication OF MY LIFE and I feel horrible for what happened, you see I thought that they had a wedding photographer and they thought that I was coming to the wedding, which originally I was planning on it but I wasn't able to make it but wasn't super worried because I sent my card with my mom and I was only planning to take candid pictures anyways while the photog they hired took all the main pictures, well there ended up not really being a different 'main photographer' and they ended up with NO wedding photographer!! I was sick to my stomach when my mom called to tell me and I thought for a split second that she was joking but when no laughter came from her I panicked! I mean there was literally nothing I could do at that point, the wedding was in less then 2 hours in southern California and I was going through the car wash in Ut! Even if I caught a plane I would have never made it there in time, I will forever feel sorry that I was not there! I did have a back up plan however, as soon as I realized my mom was not joking, I went into planner mode and told her she was the new photographer, I told her to take as many pictures as she could with her camera and as soon as she got home I would take them and edit them just like I'd taken them! My mom got home this afternoon and I went right over and took the images so that I could get them home and on my computer, Wes and Rachel, I'm so sorry again for not being there, I will be there in December so if your in the mood for dress up one day I'll be more then happy to take some pictures of the two of you! For now here are a couple of my favorites that my mom got yesterday!!
